About C3 and the Information We Collect

C3 is a training and coaching organization that connects individuals with a live professional coach and other participants, referred to as peers. To accomplish this, our participants are provided a secure ID and Password or a toll-free number for access to the C3 program. The participant will also be required to provide an email address for communication from the coach. To create program information that is relevant to the participants, some personal information is requested.

Information Collected/Tracked by C3

Information submitted to C3
C3 collects participant-submitted account information such as name and email address to identify participants and send notifications related to the use of the service. C3 also may collect participant-submitted profile information such as gender, age, occupation, location, etc.
Information not Directly Submitted by Participants to C3
This is information we may collect that is not personally identifiable, such as browser type and IP address. This information may be gathered for all participants in the program.

Information participants submit to C3
When accessing the C3 Program some profile information as well as first and last name and email addresses is displayed to other participants in the program so that communication among participants can occur. We may also use a participant's email address to send weekly updates or news regarding our program.

We may use your server, IP address, and browser-type related information in the general administration of our website.

Sharing of the Information C3 Program Gathers/Tracks

If a participant elects to refer a friend to our program, we ask them for the friend's email address. C3 will send the friend an email inviting them to join the C3 program. C3 stores this email address for the purpose of providing referrals with information about upcoming programs. C3 does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides program dates and program reminders. To participate in C3 programs there may be active, secure live chats, discussion boards, and activities in the program. The information shared in these areas is secured and accessible by all participants enrolled in the program.
