How do I access the C3 teleconferences?

Upon enrollment in a teleconference, you will be emailed a 1-800 or 1-866 phone number with an access code specifically for the teleconference that you have enrolled in.

What are the system requirements to participate in C3’s online programs?

Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher

Why is C3’s Coaching unique?

C3 offers career e-Coaching as a part of career planning process that includes coursework, skill identification, workshops, and guided interaction with peers.

What is e-Coaching?

Electronic Coaching (e-Coaching) is an interactive relationship between a coach and participants using a secure electronic portal over the internet or a live teleconference over a phone line.

Why e-Coaching?

Studies have found that many mentoring programs cost in upwards of $1000 U.S. Currency per participant monthly. e-Coaching offers an affordable alternative that uses a delivery method participants are comfortable communicating within. The e-Coaching is provided through a secure, peer-to-peer group setting that many professionals and students prefer via a phone line or the Internet.

How does e-Coaching Work?

e-Coaching is similar to taking an online learning course. Participants access the course through the internet using a secure assigned ID and Password.

When are programs available?

Programs are available on the main website www.c3career.com.  There are new programs added all the time so continue to check back for a program that meets your needs.

What if I need a career coaching program that is not offered?

C3 is continuing to add new e-courses and if you have suggestions please submit those to use via email or through our Contact Us link from the website www.c3career.com.

Who are the coaches and how are they trained?

Coaches are seasoned professionals currently working in industry.  Coaches have experience in one or more of the following:

Professional Coaching

Teaching

One-to-one Mentoring

Leadership

Coaches are trained on the C3 process, coaching online, and the use of e-learning software.

How does a participant interact with the coach?

Participants interact with the coach through collaborative sessions such as Discussion Boards, Live Chats, Teleconferences, and Email.

How much time is required to participate in the program?

On average participants spend between 2-4 hours per week on each e-course.

How do participants work on the program?

Participants can access the program whenever it is convenient for them.  The program is available 24 x 7 so all participants can fit time into their schedule.

When are the teleconferences scheduled?

Teleconferences vary based on the program but are typically scheduled in the evenings and on weekends.
